Specialising in large scale multi-unit installations and drawing on experience gathered from working on many of the UK’s landmark schemes, ProcureLiving has created a unique model to provide exciting, practical and sustainable furnishings to enhance the resident experience.

Andrew Clark

Managing & Creative Director

Andrew has worked with Europe’s investors and developers since 1998, having provided interiors for more than 40,000 Private Rented Sector (PRS) and BTR apartments.

As an early pioneer of PRS interiors, Andrew is responsible for today’s high tenant, or customer, demand for better quality design. He is committed to driving out the ‘old school’ landlord approach, in favour of supporting ethical landlords striving to provide the best service to their customers.

Previously, Andrew led the provision of all interiors at East Village (Get Living) by Qatari Diar and Delancy to deliver award-winning outcomes on the UK’s largest BTR development. Andrew went on to support Essential Living, backed by M3 Capital, where he collaborated closely with their teams to provide full interior design for their three flagship developments, all of which subsequently won several design awards.

Andrew’s mission is simple: to provide great design to the majority, not just the traditional minority who can usually afford it.
